Campus Ministry is the faith outreach of our School.  Getting involved allows the student to deepen his faith, affords him opportunities to serve the larger community, and deepen his belief in God, the Church, and society.

The Campus Ministry Staff, in association with teachers and other staff members, works hard to accompany our students on their spiritual journey. School liturgies, class prayers, Reconciliation Services, and retreats are some examples of the ways we have to constantly remind ourselves that we are always in the holy presence of God. They are also a means to touch our students’ hungry hearts as they continue to grow in wisdom, age, and grace before God and humankind.

Kairos, meaning “God’s time” in Greek, is a 4-day, overnight Catholic retreat program for high school seniors that takes place at Saint Benedict’s Abbey in Benet Lake, Wisconsin on the Illinois-Wisconsin border. It is an opportunity for our students to deepen their relationship with God, themselves and others through daily prayer, speaker sessions, small groups, Reconciliation Service and Masses. Kairos Retreats are student led by by a team of seniors who have made their own Kairos, assisted by adults who supervise and support. This retreat is a highly encouraged experience for all seniors.
