ART SHOUT OUT
Last year, upper level art students created and submitted a work of art to compete in the Annual Patriotic Art Contest. We began the competition with an in-house selection made by the SPHS community in the cafeteria. The work of Michael O’Malley – class of 2017, Kamil Prus – class of 2018, and RJ Scimeca – class of 2018 was selected. Our student work placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the local competition and students received a monetary award. Congratulations!
DONUT SALE THURSDAY
The Art Club will be selling delicious Krispy Kreme Donuts during all lunch periods TOMORROW. Buy a single donut for .75 or a whole box for $7.00. Proceeds from the donut sale will support the many great plans and projects for the Saint Patrick Art Club.
HOMECOMING DANCE
Tickets are on sale for Saturday’s homecoming dance. Tickets can be purchased from Mr. Ackels in Room 109, Mr. Ebrom in Room 103, or during lunch periods in the cafeteria. Tickets are $25.00 for seniors and $30.00 for everyone else. Students may also purchase a raffle ticket for $1.00 for a chance to get their money back from their homecoming ticket. The winner will be drawn at halftime of the game on Saturday.
