The artwork of three Saint Patrick students will soon be on display at a local VFW as part of the Patriotic Art Contest.
Works created by senior Michael O’Malley and juniors Kamil Prus and RJ Scimeca were chosen by fellow students as the three pieces, qualifying them for the contest. Following the local competition, a select few will move on to the national Young American Creative Art Contest.
The students began by their work by investigating what patriotism meant to them personally. The artwork was completed with a variety of media choices.
