Two Saint Patrick soccer players were among the 300 student-athletes from across Chicagoland who came together to help enhance elderly lives on National Senior Citizen Day.
On Aug. 22, Mateo Olvera-Sandoval ’17 and Finn Elsmo ’18 brought board games and monetary donations to a Chicago-area assisted living community in hopes of enhancing the facility’s entertainment room and bringing daily enjoyment to senior citizens residing there.
This gathering of student-athletes from all different backgrounds was part of the Making A Difference On AND Off The Field campaign presented by Buddy’s HELPERS and the PepsiCo Showdown.
