Last night the Shamrocks soccer team traveled to Lisle to watch Benedictine vs Concordia Chicago, a match that featured three Saint Patrick alumni.
Forward Nick Kapetanos (#7) and goalkeeper Leo Rodriguez (#0) play for Benedictine and midfielder Chris Arevalo (#8) plays for Concordia Chicago.
Benedictine defeated Concordia 4-0 and the Shamrock’s own Nick Kapetanos scored a hat-trick plus an assist.
“It was great seeing three 2014 Saint Patrick soccer alums out on the pitch!” said Head Coach Kyle McClure, “Hopefully this will provide our guys a little extra motivation going into our big conference match at Carmel.”
The Shamrocks play an away game at Carmel (Mundelein) tonight at 4:30 pm.
