SUPER SMASH BROS TOURNAMENT
The First Annual Saint Patrick Super Smash Brothers Tournament is here! Hosted by STRIKER, and Shambot Green and Gold, the tournament will contain three divisions. They will be: Smash Brothers Melee, Smash Brothers 64, and Smash Ultimate. It will be $10.00 to enter each division. Each player will be guaranteed to play eight qualification matches. The top 16 players in each division after qualification will be entered into a final tournament. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 2 players of each division. T-shirts, snacks, and drinks will be for sale, and all proceeds from this tournament will benefit the Saint Patrick High School Robotics Program. The tournament will be held Saturday, April 27th! See a member of the Robotics team or Mr. Newman to sign-up.
BASKETBALL OPEN GYM
Basketball Open Gym will be held TOMORROW from 3:00 – 4:30 P.M. at Saint Patrick. All are welcome.
SENIOR PROJECT
Many children across the city don’t have access to items such as coloring books, pencils, crayons, markers and books. This year our group will be collecting these items and donating the items to Shriner’s and Goodwill. You can place the items in the boxes at the front of each A period classroom. The Senior group members are Malachy Byrne, Gabe Toledo, Dillon McCormack, Dominic Costa, Patrick Sobus, Adrian Ziteria and Jakob Mediana and the service project will be from April 10-12.
HONORS JAZZ BAND AUDITIONS
Audition information has been posted for the 2019-2020 Honors Jazz Band. Any current freshman, sophomore, or junior may audition and information can be found in the band room. Auditions will be held the week of April 29th. Please see Mr. Glowinski with any questions.
SPRING JAZZ CONCERT
Have you ever wanted to see Mr. Newman play a sax or Mr. Ebrom tickle the ivories? Then we have the show for you. Join us on Wednesday for the Spring Jazz Concert featuring all jazz bands and Mr. Newman, Mr. Craine, Mr. Ebrom, and Mr. Wozniczka. They have all decided to dust off their axes and join us on stage. 7:00 PM in the theater and free to students. We hope to see you there!
